While we make every effort to make our customers as happy as possible, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and are non-transferable. We do not offer refunds on any new, used or unused products purchases.
If you are purchasing the Chemical Peel Home Use System, once the purchase has been made this will be finalized. If you are not a good candidate, you will have a credit with Xanni bar.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
